Bumble Bee Love

I love to watch these beautiful insect hover in and over the flowers in my garden. They are amazing to watch. I was lucky enough to have this bee pose for me. What a treat!

Daniel Stowe Botanicle Gardens

Happy 2012. My first post of the new year. I'm a little late. Better late than never I guess. The grey days of Winter in the Carolina's (however this winter has been unusually warm and sunny) made me want to post some images I took at the Stowe Botanical Gardens last Fall. What a beautiful place for photographers, painters, writers and those who just want to escape for a moment. The day I was there, it was a chilly October day but the sun was out in full force. These images are deceiving. It was colder than it looks. Enjoy!
